Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Eco-built Rammed Earth Homestay

This special place is close to everything, just off the motorway but set in in a quiet lifestyle neighbourhood. Enjoy your own seperate wing of this unique rammed earth home. Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. Has separate toilet, and bathroom includes shower and stand alone bath. Includes separate facilities for heating food, making tea, coffee and toast etc & mini fridge. Close to town, has Uber and Uber Eats connections and fantastic walks close by on the Waikato River Trail.

Little York

Enjoy a taste of Yorkshire in the heart of St Andrew’s: a stylish, self contained unit, at the back of our property. Complete with basic tea and toast facilities, a small fridge, heat pump, wifi, ensuite and plenty of on-street parking, this one room gem is the perfect home away from home. Located 200m from the Braid Road shops, boasting a cafe and options of takeaway, Little York is within a stone’s throw of both the St Andrew’s Golf course and the beautiful river walk into central Hamilton.

City Stadium Gem

Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. Heat Pump Air-Conditioner in living room only. Two off road car parks. Close to the main highway SH1.

Welcome to Urban Meadow, a modern self contained unit on a lifestyle block. Semi-rural, yet within easy access to popular amenities and attractions. Close to Hamilton Airport, Mystery Creek, Waikato Hospital, the world-renowned Hamilton Gardens, CBD, Cambridge, Te Awamutu and the motorways SH1 and SH3. An outside, covered entertainment area can be enjoyed throughout the year by our guests during their stay. The unit is seperated from the main house by a double garage.

River View Cottage

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.
