Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. A short 15-minute drive will take you to the city of Salzburg and the airport, 30 minutes to the beautiful region Salzkammergut, boasting the idyllic lakes Fuschl- and Wolfgangsee. Our luxury vacation home is also the ideal place for your furry friends - with several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks.

Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wandergebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das nächste Skigebiet in 40 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Du bewohnst einen regionstypischen Bauernhof in den Bergen. Das Haus ist über einer BERGSTRASSE ca. 10km außerhalb vom Ortsgebiet (Supermarkt) in ruhiger Lage, erreichbar. Ist gemütlich eingerichtet, Warmwasser und Raumheizung ist in der kalten Jahreszeit mit Holzofen selber zu heizen. Für Selbstversorger ideal geeignet. Bettbezüge selber mitnehmen. Die Ortstaxe ist 3 € pro Nacht und pro Person, Kinder bis 15 Jahren sind frei, Tennengau-Card und das Mobilitästiket sind inbegriffen.

Genießen Sie umgeben von wunderbaren Wäldern und Wiesen den Blick auf unser malerisches Bergpanorama, auf welches Sie eine großartige Aussicht haben. Der Garten lädt die Kinder mit einem kleinen Spielplatz zum Spielen ein und im umliegenden Gelände kann im Schnee herumgetollt, gerodelt und gerutscht werden.

Auf 35m² bietet die Ferienwohnung Hubert jeglichen Komfort. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine voll ausgestatteter Küche. In dieser steht Ihnen zur Verfügung: Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Geschirrspüler. Von dort aus kommt man in das Schlafzimmer und in das Badezimmer. Im Winter wird in der gesamten Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung geheizt. Eine Veranda auf der Südostseite lädt zum Morgenkaffee mit wunderschönem Blick auf Bergpanorama ein.

Gemütliches Bergbauernhaus im Ortgebiet von St. Martin am Tennengebirge. Zum Objekt gehört eine urige Hütte. Diese bietet Gelegenheit für schöne Hüttenabende. Die neu renovierte Ferienwohnung hat schöne, geräumige Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Bad und WC getrennt, Doppelwaschbecken.

Studio apartment suitable for a couple looking to spend a few days in the mountains. The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
