This tiny home is located by the north Aegean sea. It is safely placed in a fenced area with grass, accompanied by a big oil tree in the center of the yard, where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze and the spectacular view. The house consists of one bedroom with double bed, living room that can host one or two extra visitors, bathroom with wc and a well-equipued kitchen with all necessary appliances. In the external area there is a fridge in a protected container with extra kitchen.

Ο καναπές της σαλοκουζίνας μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι.Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Μεσσημέρι και στην πίσω αυλή του συγροτήματος κατοικιών Villa Joanna.Nοικιάζεται συνήθως ως συμπληρωματικός χώρος της villas για μεγάλα group αλλά και αυτόνομα. Πλησιέστερη παραλία στα 8 χιλιόμετρα. 12 χιλιομετρα από την Νέα Καλλικράτεια.

Katie's Little House (Suitable for couples)

This is a fully equipped summer little house-bungalow- in it is own plot of land surrounded by olive trees. Nearby there is a small secluded beach and close by the village providing access on foot. The house features a land veranda and a parking space. This little house -bungalow- can comfortably accomodate 2 persons. There is a lovely balcony, where one can relax.It's suitable for couples.

Seashell houses are located at vergia beach halkidiki and its just 110m from the beach. Its a unique, new and modern style with luxury design . Sleeps 10 persons, 6 persons to the big house and 4 or 5 max to the tiny house. Also has 4 airconditions ,free wifi,barbeque,yard and all that just 110m from the sea! This tiny stone-house was build around 1950, as a stable for sheep and horses, within a plot of fir trees and red grape roots. With tons of personal demanding work, it finally became a small lovely nest. And now it is time to share it.
