Geniet van een oud huis in een van de mooiste steden van Nederland. Deze sfeervolle woning ligt in een rustige buurt en vormt de uitvalsbasis voor wie Haarlem wil ontdekken. Binnen 10 minuten fietsen ben je in het centrum en in slechts 35 minuten ben je op het strand. In huis wonen twee lieve, rustige katten die alleen wat voer en water nodig hebben. De keuken is eenvoudig, maar verder is het huis modern ingericht inclusief een bad. Ontspan in de zonnige tuin, waar je kunt genieten van de rust.

This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. BYy train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. You can park your car in the paid parking garage, we also have a free option, ask for more details. We only rent our house a month (usually in August) ech year.

Good quality specialised shops (bakery, dairy shop, fish monger and fruit/vegetable shop) juist around the corner and two lovely coffee shops within 2 minutes walking. Playground for smaller and larger children 1 minut walking. Very close to Haarlem train station, great start for exploring our beautiful country (and the train brings you to the beach in 5 minutes).

Holiday paradise on the waterfront

Lovely family home, fully equipped and close to Haarlem, the beach and Amsterdam. The house is located on the water and has a special view of the small pleasure harbor and the Spaarne river and the meadows behind it. There is a swimming jetty in front of the door and there are various nature reserves, swimming spots, boat rental and catering establishments nearby. This is a holiday paradise in the picturesque Spaarndam, a village with a lot of history, including the oldest lock in Europe.

Our house is perfect for families or friends who would like to spend some time in the lovely city of Haarlem. The house is sunny and well maintained. It is nearby the center of Haarlem, with it's many restaurants, musea and shops. We live close to the beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort. It is easy to go to Amsterdam by train, the railwaystaion is only 15 minutes walk from our house. We have free parking in the street. We have a lovely garden where you can spend some time too.

Relaxed spacious house in Harlem

Feel welcome in our house in Harlem North, a child-friendly neighbourhood. It is a beautiful 1930's house (140 m2) , but its biggest asset is a wide garden facing southwest. All the attractions (city centre, beach, Amsterdam) are within reach. You have four bikes at your disposal and the train station is at 15-20 min walking distance. We offer three bedrooms and a sofa couch to harbour six guests quite easily. We have a sweet cat that likes to be fed and cuddled.

Heel fijn authentiek gezinshuis in Haarlem. Gelegen op een locatie omringd met natuur, dicht bij de stad en het strand. Op loopafstand van het bos en de duinen. Ideaal voor 5 personen met een tuintje om te genieten van de zon. Supermarkt op 200m afstand. Wel belangrijk om te weten dat je, om naar de bovenste verdieping te gaan, je door een slaapkamer heen moet. dus als je s nachts naar de badkamer moet, loop je door de slaapkamer van de anderen.

Lovely family home in a neat and quiet suburban neighbourhood, close to the North sea (Zandvoort/Bloemendaal). The beach is just a 15 minute drive or 45 minute bike ride away. Very childfriendly house and neighbourhood where the kids play in the streets. Close to (10 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride) to the town's main shopping street (Binnenweg). Haarlem city center is a 10 minute bike ride away. And Amsterdam a 20 minute drive by car.

The living space feels like a private place but at the same time it is a part of the shared accomodation. Entrance is shared.
