The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

After years + years of keeping this beautiful hideaway to himself, + not allowing anyone to even see the inside, he’s done a 180 and decided to rent it out 😮 When we asked Bigfoot why the change of heart? He replied “With all of the traveling I do + all of the miles I put in, it just makes the upkeep of a permanent residence near impossible, plus it’s time that I stop ignoring the fact the I’ve outgrown the toilet space here. We are located just 2 miles from the I-70/I-77 Interchange. Loft has its own thermostat. There is a futon in the living room.

It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
