The apartment was gently renovated in 2024 - the traditional, cozy living style was deliberately preserved.

From the apartment you have direct views on these mountains. The new Eiger Express is 25 min by train from Wilderswil Station which also offers a cogwheel train up to the Schynige Platte and a 5 min connection to Interlaken. The area offers many walking paths and hiking tracks, starting from the house.

Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Entspanne Dich mit Familie oder Freunden in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft. Jung und alt fühlen sich wohl. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kinderfreundlich und bietet auch gerade Familien ein ideales Heim für die Ferien. Bis fünf Erwachsene finden in einem Doppelbett, und drei Einzelbetten (eines davon im Wohnzimmer) wunderbar Platz. Zusätzlich stehen ein Kinderbett und ein Bett für einen Säugling zur Nutzung bereit. Der unbeheizte Pool steht von Juni bis September zur Verfügung.

(Lake Thun / Brienzersee) Grindelwald: car 20 min. / PT 54 min. (Männlichen / Schreckhorn / First) Beatenberg: car 23 min. / PT 1.06 hrs. (Niederhorn) Lauterbrunnen: car 12 min. / PT 36 min. (Wengen / Kleine Scheidegg / Jungfraujoch) Stechelberg: car 21 min. / PT 1.06 hrs. (Mürren / Schilthorn)

Bad- und Handtücher sind vorhanden, ebenfalls Duvet mit Anzügen, Bettlaken, Kopfkissen. Im Haus wohnt zusätzlich 1 Person in eigener 2-Zimmerwohnung mit separatem Zugang.

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

Welcome to the Jungfrau region, where you will enjoy the real Switzerland from our loft apartment, the perfect base to explore. Our chalet lies against the backdrop of the majestic Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The train station offers good connections to the best sights of the region, including Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujoch (Top of Europe), Luzern and Berne. Its only 20 min to the new Grindelwald Ski Terminal.
