The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. The apartment is located in the beautiful Costa-Saragozza neighborhood 200 m. from the city walls.At 100 m. there are bus stops going to the city center or to the station. On foot in 5 min. you are immediately inside the walls between the gates of Sant'Isaia, San Felice and del Pratello streets. Equipped with an independent entrance. It's possible to parking near the apartment at 7 euros for day or in Municipal Parking(5 euros per day). There is breakfast for the first day of accommodation.

THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

La torretta bnb è un piccolo e grazioso studio con ingresso indipendente, è al 3 piano e 1/2 del palazzo senza ascensore. -ingresso con mini frigo, macchina caffè e bollitore. -stanza da letto con bagno. 11mq totali: letto singolo con 2 grandi cassetti con coperte e piumini aggiuntivi. Appendiabiti. Tavolino per colazione e due sedie. Bagno con WC, lavandino con cassetti per riporre gli oggetti personali e doccia. -Terrazza panoramica di 11 mq.

We will be happy to host you in a 60 sqm studio apartment, equipped with bathroom, kitchen and Wi-Fi, with a separate entrance and full access to the large garden of the house. Bologna is 30' by car, 50' by bus and the Villaggio della Salute Più thermal baths are only 15' away. Breakfast is included in the price and all the products we use are organic.
