Beautiful traditional Icelandic house from 1912 located in quiet town- Garður, 200m to cost line, 15 min from Keflavik International Airport. Prefect get away. Video tour is available on social media page- Luk House. The 100m² house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, accessed via a steep staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a crib and air mattress can be added.

Our apartment is perfectly located — just a 6-minute drive from Keflavík Airport and 15–20 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. Within a 3-minute walk, you’ll find a public swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools. A small shopping center, Krossmói, is only 8 minutes away on foot, offering a supermarket, pharmacy, bank (ATM), restaurants, and other shops. The local bus stop is also nearby (outdoor, no kiosk). Ideal for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and easy access to local attractions.

The Secret Cabin with hot tube in Nature Reserve

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. A three floor uniquely converted modern water tower and a first purpose built Micro house in Iceland. The water tower was build in 1960 then converted to a Micro house in 2017.
