Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.

Historic 2 Bedroom home is within walking distance to Museums, Historic Montana State Prison Ghost Tours, Mount Powell Taphouse, Grant Kohrs Ranch, Grocery Shopping and Downtown. It is an easy drive to Philipsburg and Butte. This is also a great stopping point between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Not to mention the numerous outdoor activities nearby. Unique Tiny Cottage w/ loft ~ 3 min to I-90

This 280 sq. ft. tiny house has a comfortable bedroom and beautiful, tall ceilings. A vertical ladder goes to a small, carpeted loft with a twin mattress on the floor. The queen bed in the main bedroom has a soft mattress. Most people think it's luxurious and cozy. Those who need a firm mattress might not want to choose this cottage. The interstate is just a few minutes away. The small kitchen has a sink, microwave, a one burner stove, small frig, dishes and utensils.

Mining History Echoes

My wife Melody and I bought this 100-yr- old miner's four-square in 2017 and refurbished it to the bright interior shown in the pictures. A new boiler and cast-iron radiators keep it cozy in winter. Off-street parking includes an outlet to plug in your car in sub-zero weather. Uptown Butte's historic attractions are in walking distance; however, Butte's elevation could limit those with respiratory or mobility issues.
