After a two year endeavor hand building, with love and passion, this unique cottage up in the trees, I am thrilled to welcome you to a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Building a space small enough that it immediately becomes your own yet comfortably spacious, open and filled with light. A place to relax with all the amenities and still be immersed in the beauty of the mountain woods.

Cozy tiny home cabin in the Blue Ridge Foothills, near mountains for hiking or biking, Table Rock and Sliding Rock, small town shopping and eating; between Greenville, SC and Hendersonville, NC. Perfectly outfitted for a night or week. Dog lovers we have a fenced in dog park! Extra guests? There is a cleared space for your TENT beside the Cabin for $20. Message me to reserve it. We are conveniently located by: - Historic Downtown Greer SC (drive: 10 min) - 23 minutes to Downtown Greenville - GSP airport (17 min) - Many parks & restaurants (5-15 min) You'll enjoy private access, comfy queen bed, ample living area, bathroom (w/ shower), WIFI & lake access. We have a kitchen ready for your cooking needs and a dedicated work space for remote workers.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Historic 19th Century Cabin/Guest House

This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Micro weddings and events are available upon request and approval with applicable fees applied.

The River House is a boutique tiny home on the river front of the Saluda with breathtaking views - just 5 minutes from Downtown Greenville! This is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. Great for a romantic couples getaway, family vacation, or friends getting together to have fun. So cozy and picturesque. You will never want to leave! Located on-site at Saluda Outdoor Center with river tubing tours, 13 Stripes Brewery/Restaurant, live music, fishing and more (within season).

Our Tiny Treasure

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

Hobbit Hideaway- Do Something Different!

Trek back from Mordor and retire to a full kitchen, AC/heat, queen bed, pullout couch w/ new memory foam pad, washer/dryer, shower and more. Enjoy the patio where you can be the lord of the fire ring, grill PO-TAY-TOES, enjoy the swing, hammock, horseshoes, axe throwing, games and more. Located 12 min from beautiful Traveler’s Rest, where you can run/bike your little hobbit heart out on the 22-mile Swamp Rabbit trail. Also 30 min from downtown Greenville.
