Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

A great location, convenient to historic downtown Greeneville, shopping, banking and fast food restaurants and only 25 miles from Hot Springs. Asheville is only an hour away. "Rustic cabin located on a short walk from the Appalachian Trail surrounded by national forest and isolated. The cabin has a gas fireplace for heat and relaxation and a fire pit to relax outside. The loft has plenty of room with a full size bed and a single twin on main level. The cabin is set up as a getaway, there is no cell service but satellite wifi is available and a smart TV, not high tech but you can communicate with the outside world.

A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.
