The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

Unit is part of a duplex. Daily housekeeping is not included. You can add it for $24 per day if you would like, just let us know when you pick up your key.
