Set right on the slopes of Granby Ranch, this mountain home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Colorado views. The main living area features a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and a coffee bar. Fully equipped and modern kitchen with dining island, great for gathering for meals or just hanging out. Downstairs, there’s a second living area with foosball and a wet bar. Out back is a deck with a propane grill and private hot tub. For winter guests, there’s a large heated ski locker on the front porch. Super easy access to skiing and riding- very short walk to click in and ride down to the Kicking Horse lift. Snow condition/weather dependent, you can ski back to the house.
