This is a small area but has everything you could possibly need for short term stays. Perfect for working groups or someone that will be busy during the day and just needs an affordable place to lay their head at night! As mentioned it’s built inside an existing shop so it’s on old stained concrete floors but the building and the fixtures are nice and new!

River getaway

Vacation getaway nestled on the Arkansas River in the Pendleton community. Fish from the porch or bring your own boat and keep it in the private covered boat slip. The public boat launch is walking distance away. Several fishing tournaments are held every year at this location. The Wilbur D Mills Dam is less than 5 miles downstream, where you can experience world class catfishing and snagging. 20lb+ catfish are common. The Arkansas Post is only minutes away for hiking trails and bike rides.

A newer home back in the pines located between Star City and Monticello. House in the Pines has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a master suite with a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a nice, secluded backyard with a patio, a charcoal grill, and outdoor games. This is a beautiful home in a peaceful setting! There is no TV, bring your own devices.
