It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.

If you decide on a more extreme sport, there is a Sea Doo jet ski that you can additionally rent with our villa.
