The house is located directly on the sea in Banjol on the Croatian island of Rab on the Adriatic coast. Four fully furnished apartments with balconies or terraces are available. The sea is rather shallow, making it suitable for children. Numerous recreational opportunities are nearby, including sights, shops, restaurants, a cinema, museums, and theaters. For sporty guests, there are opportunities for cycling, swimming, water sports, and a fitness center. Romantic bell towers, a pleasant climate, beautiful beaches, dense pine forests, and the most beautiful forest park in the Adriatic are just some of the attractions Rab has to offer. One of the most forested islands in the Adriatic, with no fewer than three hundred springs and countless native and cultivated plants, it is a true garden. The town of Rab, a place of remarkable beauty, is particularly worth seeing. Medieval walls enclose the entire town, protecting its churches, palaces, and impressive Romanesque bell towers, giving the town the appearance of a giant sailboat with four masts. The classical music festival takes place every summer from June to September. Due to its pleasant climate and unique atmosphere, the island has a long tradition of hospitality. In 1889, the local council declared Rab a seaside health resort. A new and extremely important impetus for tourism and its development was given in the past by Edward VIII, King of Great Britain. Reportedly, he and his lover, the American Wallis Simpson, were the first people to bathe nude during their stay in Rab, thus giving rise to the nudist culture. The house is located in a dead-end street, which ensures complete peace. The whole neighbourhood is very nice and quiet . Relax on the cosy sun island by the pool, make use of the barbecue and prepare a delicious meal for the whole family and let the kids have fun in the huge garden and the pool.

Apartment Sea is located in Supetarska Draga on the island of Rab, famous for its breathtaking sandy beaches. Apartment Sea is located only 10 m from the property! A shared garden fitted with an outdoor dining area as well as BBQ facilities is at your disposal. Free private parking is provided, a reservation is not needed. Luggage storage is possible prior to check-in and after check-out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure. Pets are allowed on request.

The apartment is on the first floor of a family house in Barbat, and has it's own, separate entrance. There is a big terrace and a balcony overlooking the sea and nearby islands. We provide a parking spot for your car, motorcycle or bicycle. The entire apartment is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine) and dishes. Smaller pets are welcomed without additional fee.

Stan se nalazi u visokom prizemlju i ima zaseban ulaz. Jedini je stan koji je za goste. Prostrana terasa, sa pogledom na more, najviše se koristi. Pogodna je za dnevni i večernji boravak, kao i za igru djece. Sa vrtom, u kojem je roštilj i parking, terasa je povezana sa par stepenica. Pješčana plaža je na nekoliko minuta od kuće. Trgovina i restorani su također blizu.
