Outside there is a swimming pool with deckchairs. Next to the pool there is an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. There is also a gas grill. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.
