The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

On the terrace next to the pool there is a barbecue with a table and chairs. The Pool is heated from 25.04.-15.06. and from 15.09.-05.10.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ugodnom smještaju. 0dlično za obitelji s djecom. Dva kata. Svaki ulaz zasebno. Moguć najam apt 1 (prizemlje), apt 2 (1.kat) ili cijele kuće. Kuća nije novije renovirana ni moderno opremljena, ali je uredna i održavana. Velika plaža (kamenčići) je na 5 min hoda. Mirno okruženje. Sloboda kretanja. Magarci, konji, srne... šeću oko kuća, naučeni na suživot. Označene šetnice. Nema trgovine (najbliže grad Cres).
