House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. Beautiful view in the balcony and only 3-4 minutes walking distance to a nice beach. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Allround it’s a nice and tidy place to relax and everything close to a walking distance. Perfect for a family that’s just want to relax and don’t have to do anything. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. There is a staircase to the upper floor.

It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
