Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

Village has 2 pubs serving food, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and a local Asda and garage.
