Our place is a half mile from downtown Ventura, the beach, great surf, the Botanical Garden hiking trail and the famous Ventura Cross. There are plenty of dining options/bars within walking distance, a convenient market and our favorite trendy coffee spot right across the street. Light filled large studio in quiet neighborhood. Private beach access 1/2 mile walk away through our quiet neighborhood. Less than 1/4 mile away you will find over 200 acres along the beach bluff with many trails. UCSB is close, in fact you can bicycle there along the bike path just outside our community. The studio is ideal for business or vacationing as it is located between the many businesses in Goleta and the numerous attractions in Santa Barbara.

Goodland Getaway: Home w/ heated pool & hot tub

Relax in our remodeled home in a quiet, mature neighborhood nestled in farmland between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Gaviota coast. Enjoy our landscaped garden with pool, hot tub, pergola, BBQ, and firepit. 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 from UCSB, and 5 from the nearest beach (there are several to choose from within 20 minutes). The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.

We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

This is a cozy garden studio 10 minutes walk to the private beach and 10 minutes drive to Santa Barbara. It’s a great place for a retreat. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy queen bed, and french doors opening up to a private sunny sitting area. It has a parking area and a pathway to the entrance. There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.

BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
