Welcome to Felustaður, a unique tiny house situated on a 5 acre farm developed to give you the experience of a nature retreat only 40 minutes from downtown Vancouver. A minimalist, fully functional and self contained tiny home with tons of outdoor living space including outdoor salt water hot tub, cold plunge and shower (included with regular booking) A private Spa experience with a wood-fire sauna and cold plunge is available to book for an additional fee. No private entrance, stove, or oven. Ramp+ stairs= Huge Suitcases are not possible! Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Transit stops across the street, Vancouver within 45 minutes by bus.

Lu Zhu Caboose

Perched up on the cliff, over-looking the Fraser River, our luxury train caboose is surrounded by a rhododendron forest. Conveniently located on highway #7, we are easily accessible and at the door step of endless outdoor adventures. We have our own private hiking trails that wind up the mountain side, crossing creeks, waterfalls and passing many varietals of rhododendrons amongst the lush, natural forest. There are multiple gazebos, look-outs and the higher up you go, the quieter it is.

Private Modern Treehouse on Highland Farm

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Fernleecove boataccess only cabin w/watertaxi incl

Boat access only cabin surrounded by a coastal forest fjord. Fernleecove is one of a rare number of very private waterfront properties near Vancouver. Bookings are only offered with a guided boat taxi ride from Deep Cove, round trip included per booking. Generally guests remain at the cabin for the duration of their stay making it necessary to bring all groceries needed. Once at Fernleecove the property offers a natural setting to enjoy the ocean & woods from a comfortable cabin hideaway.

The suite has its own living room with Shaw Cable TV - Netflix. Parking included. The suite also has a microwave and fridge in a small no cooking partial kitchenette. There is a full size desk that lowers and raises along with a nice quality office chair with 3 adjustment bars.
