On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

The sweet suite

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Bright and cheery 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with two+ car parking on quiet street in Marblehead's Ocean Park neighborhood, just steps from the ocean. Full size bed and pull-out full-size sofa in living room, private bathroom with in-floor heating, kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, sink, double induction cook-top, refrigerator, and toaster oven. Laundry access. Walk to the waterfront, watch the sailboats drift by. Fifteen- minute walk to Historic town center.

Everything in this suite is clean and tidy. There is plenty of natural light and privacy blinds. There is Wifi with Netflix, Prime and other platforms. Overlooking Chebacco Lake, your rooms are downstairs in a private level. There are 2 bedroom available for use downstairs along with a big living area a coffee/tea bar and a bathroom with shower on this level. You can access to the lake for swim, kayak, canoe or if you come in the winter you can icefish, ice skate, cross country ski or snowshoe too.
