Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

This 3 bedroom luxury property can sleep up to 8 people and has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Relax by the fireplace whilst enjoying a glass of wine or take a long soak in the luxurious bath overlooking the Mt William Range. The fully equipped kitchen easily caters for small or large groups. On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.
