“Okaeri” is an absolute beachfront townhouse situated directly behind the sand dunes of Murray’s Beach in beautiful Sunny Sawtell. “Okaeri” translates to “welcome home” in Japanese, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel. The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. Our place is 6 acres of native forest next to a pristine lake, within easy walking distance of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The two storey unit (17 steps) has a bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ. Separate kitchenette with laundry. No pets.

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

Dolphin Tracks overlooks adjoining reserve and is just 130 m to estuary with beautiful Valla Beach just beyond via bush tracks through nature reserve. Surfing fishing snorkelling and Whale/Dolphin watching (seasonal) a short walk away. Dolphin Tracks Beach Apartment is perfect for 2 but can accommodate 3 with sofa bed in lounge. Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.
