This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. The small romantic apartment lies in 'San Niccolò' areas on the left side of the river Arno, in a quiet position inside the ancient city walls, just less than ten minutes' walk along the banks of the river Arno to the Ponte Vecchio. It consists of the upper half of a two storey seventeenth century mews cottage, approached through an archway from a small and silent road: from the private street door, a staircase will lead you up to the living room with dining area and sofa bed, a small but well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, separate spacious wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The apartment has a mobile air conditioned and two fans.From its strategic position on the left side of the Arno, 'San Niccolò' gives you the opportunity to be right in the heart of the city, close to its main museums and monuments, but also to take pleasant walks through the secret paths that climb the surrounding hills up to Piazzale Michelangelo and to enjoy the characteristic atmosphere of the area with its medieval streets, its small shops, open air restaurants, trattorie and cafés. 'in a part of the historical centre well known for its peaceful atmosphere and its small restaurants, facing both the river, the ancient walls surrounding the medieval city and the hills around Florence. This is a perfect location if you want to easily walk through the city, its monuments and its museums, but also if you want to escape from its noise and confusion enjoying a romantic hideaway in the heart of medieval Florence.

Ogni stanza ha finestre , molto luminoso con meravigliosi affacci sul verde e sulle mura del 1300 che circondano Firenze .letto matrimoniale in pelle bianco un bagno molto grande con una doccia gigante con finestra , cabina armadio e lavanderia ……….ciao !

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
