Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und kann nach Bedarf genutzt werden. Sie zeichnet sich außerdem durch die Nähe zum Flughafen Baden-Airpark aus und ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Umgebung bietet außerdem verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Das neue Bad mit Retrofliesen passt auch perfekt zum Ambiente. Gerne dürfen Sie auch unsere Sauna (gegen geringe Nutzungsgebühr) 1.Nov. - 15. Dez. ist 1x Sauna inklusiv!

Mitten in den Weinbergen, am Südhang, mit toller Aussicht auf das vordere Kinzigtal liegt unser Haus in Alleinlage. Im UG, ebenerdig zum Garten, befindet sich eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der es sich zu jeder Jahreszeit und bei jedem Wetter wohl sein lässt. Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und Bad sind auf rund 45m2 barrierefrei zugänglich. Direkt vor der Haustür finden Sie endlose Wanderwege durch den Schwarzwald.

The apartment is optimally suited for couples, solo travelers, or good friends. Children are of course welcome as well. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60m), a bright bathroom, a toilet, and an open living and dining area. The sofa is convertible and provides, if necessary, two additional sleeping spots. The apartment is renovated, modern, and well-equipped.

Wir vermieten auf unserem 2ha großen Waldgrundstück ein idyllisches Schwedenhäuschen für 2 Personen. Für Wellness-Fans ist auch die Buchung einer Massage in unserer Praxis möglich. Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden

Einzimmerhaus in stillgelegtem Steinbruch

Das kleine, lichtdurchflutete Einzimmerhaus (22 qm, 4 m hoch) liegt in einem stillgelegten Steinbruch am Waldrand. Hier kann man mit Blick in die Natur und auf einzigartige Skulpturen seinen Gedanken freien Lauf lassen. Es besitzt eine Schlafempore (1,40 m Bett), eine kleine Frühstücksküche, Duschbereich mit WC und alles was zum Entspannen in Abgeschiedenheit dazugehört.
