Das 85m² große Loft befindet sich im ausgebauten Dachbereich eines Fachwerkhauses aus dem Jahr 1780. Als Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen ein Doppelbett sowie eine Doppel-Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein weiteres Zimmer oder eine wunderschöne Wohnung auf gleicher Etage dazu zu mieten .

Hier im schönen Kreuzkölln habe ich einen Platz geschaffen, in dem sich bis zu 10 Personen, wie zu Hause in einer internationalen WG fühlen können. Es gibt zwei Doppelzimmer und ein 6 Bettzimmer, welches geteilt genutzt wird. Im Kiez gibt es zahlreiche Cafés zum Frühstücken und Restaurants zum Abendessen. Den Kanal zum joggen oder spazieren gehen. Den Wochenmarkt und Vintageläden zum einkaufen oder bummeln. Gern gebe ich euch Tipps, daß ihr Berlin nach euren Belieben erleben könnt.

Das Kranich Hotel bietet die seltene Erfahrung in einem Museum zu übernachten. Liebevoll geführtes, kleines Hotel in bester Innenstadtlage. Mein Haus liegt ca. 12 Gehminuten vom Dom-Hauptbahnhof. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.
