Historic Roswell Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

The private apartment has a full kitchen, open living space, fireplace, patio and a gated deck with hot tub. Also features a large rock patio with fire-pit & access to sauna & fitness room on main level. Theatre room available upon request

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

Safe Harbor is a great place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada geese and more depending on the season. A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. We are not allowing children at this time. Please no smoking or vaping on property

We are located perfectly between Atlanta and Athens for a night out in Atlanta or attending a UGA game in Athens. Just a half-mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have, and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year-round.
