Country apartment between Buffalo & Rochester New York, 1 hour from Niagara Falls & Canada. 6 miles to Six Flags Darien Lake Theme park or Batavia Downs Casino. Master bedroom, kitchen, livingroom & bathroom upstairs. Family room located downstairs with a futon, a cot and a second bedroom with a double bed. Each room has a TV. The family room has an electronic dart board with soft tip darts. Supervised play for people under 16 years of age is requested & metal tip darts available upon request.

The Shepard Farmhouse on Acreage, a Private House

A 100 year house in the Bergen, next to LeRoy, updated to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi, coffee and bottled water in the house, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, and a fire pit with chairs. Please keep in mind that this house is over 100 years old. I make it available because I know that there are not many options for stays in this area. This house is an oasis in a desert! I charge a very modest rate for this nice house. It is a nice, quiet house. No more, no less.

Spacious, second floor studio apartment on a quiet, one way street. Just one block from Main Street and easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, and downtown district. The front room features a queen size bed with 100% cotton bedding and down alternative comforter, and a sofa with a full size pull out bed (with serta mattress). The back room includes a full size kitchen with all the essentials, and a dining area that comfortably seats four people.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.
