Au milieu des oliviers et des vignobles, elle est un ancien Kafénio rénové par un architecte grec local.Elle offre le charme de la tradition grecque et tous les conforts modernes. Le jardin est construit sur 3 terrasses exposées plein sud. A Samonas se trouve une taverne réputée. A Stylos (10min en voiture) commerces, tavernes, minimarchés.

Its unique architectural style is combined with modern facilities in order to provide an ideal environment for your holiday. The villa features 300 m2 of living space on a 1000 m2 plot of land. It offers complete privacy with its own parking space for two vehicles, garden and pool. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers a stunning view of the White Mountains. The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests.
