The condo sleeps four and offers one bedroom with a king size bed with a private attached bathroom. It also has a queen size murphy bed and an additional full bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Plus, the resort offers an onsite pool, fitness center, tennis courts & restaurant.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful place! This place created for 5 to 6 persons. The couch in the living room can fit 1 adult and one child. Master bedroom has beautiful king-size bed, 2 good size closets and full bathroom. The second room has very sturdy and comfortable 2 twin beds, a good size closet and a soft carpet in between. This house has big living room with huge couch for the 5th person to sleep and 6th small person. The full kitchen had good size pauntry.

We beat the old 1-2 of Huricaines Helene and Milton and are ready to host you. This is a great, renovatred , one bath flat, in the heart of Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.

The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.
