This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

Many sights are in walking distance. It also has excellent access to public transportation with metro and tram line nearby. (4 min by walk).
