The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. The apartment is located on the side of the main house with off-street parking and a private gate/entrance to access the apartment. Self check-in after 3:00pm with coded door lock.

GVR02757 2 Bed 1 Bath apt. above the garage behind our house in the East End Historic District. The apt is completely separate from our house and is not occupied below. It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.

Historic East End guesthouse with hot tub

This one bedroom, one bathroom second story guesthouse has access to a paved yard with picnic table, gas grill, and hot tub. It is less than a mile from the beach, the cruise port, and the historic East End downtown and just steps from cafe staples such as the Sunflower Bakery. Sleeps four maximum, with one private bedroom and one queen sized pull-out couch. There is one flight of stairs and a narrow paved path to access.
