Kuća nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe sa kupaonom,dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i prekrasan vanjski prostor sa roštiljem na plin i sa grijanim, masažnim bazenom. Das neu erbaute Baskarad House liegt im Ort Valbandon, bei Pula, im herzen Istriens . Das Haus umgibt ein 5000 m² großes und eingezäuntes Grundstück und ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern , Gruppen oder Tierliebhaber. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Villa Dunja ,Loborika,obiteljska kuća sa bazenom

Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće. U privatnom vrtu nalazi se bazen s vanjskim tušem, roštilj s vrtnom garniturom i vanjski stol .Cijela kuća klimatizirana je i ima besplatan wi-fi priključak.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
