Our studio offers a clean, modern retreat with its own kitchenette, full bathroom , full size refrigerator and the studio features individual AC Completely private entrance. You will feel like you are in a park surrounded by mature oak trees and nature, you will feel renewed, 1 queen bed + 1 portable bed , laundry room. Located near the I-75, 5 minutes away from the Oaks mall, 10 minutes away from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, the University of Florida campus and UF Health Shands Hospital.

Wooded Oasis: Blue Room-4 miles to UF

Elegant and spacious, the Blue Room is a private master bedroom suite located within a subdivided residential home. Your entrance from the outdoors into the main foyer space is shared with other guests. Up the stairs and to the right is your suite, the Blue Room, and to the left is another guest suite. Quiet wooded place located off a main road in town between the Airport and Santa Fe College. NO SMOKING inside. Arriving during daylight hours is recommended. It’s dark at night.

It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
