Fjord House, Hardanger Fjord Unique house on an old trading site in Hardanger. The house has special interior with decor and art and beautiful colors. My wife Ida is an artist and much of her signature you find on walls and even in the ceiling. The house is fully restored with great comfort. Lovely patio with garden furniture and covered outspace.Beautiful wiew over the Hardanger fjord and glacier Folgefonna. There are three bedrooms and an additional loft with four mattresses. There are beach right in front of the house, boat included. Fishing in the sea, rivers and lakes. Close to the mountains with so many walks. Near by peaks above 1000 m. Discover the beautiful small farm villages in the Kvam Mountains. Well, easily accessible skiing in winter. Close to the summer ski center Folgefonna glacier. Quiet and peaceful location away from the main thoroughfare. "The Post Office" The old post office is furnished with kitchenette, bathroom, living room with two "sofa beds" and a loft with mattresses. Private secluded terrace. Suitable for 2 adults + + There is a grocery store 1,2 km from the place. You reach Strandebarm by your own car or by bus. The distance from Bergen is 100 km, 1,5 hours drive. Go for the best Norwegian fjord experience in this historical and authentic environment. During the summer from the 22nd of June and to the end of August we rent out the house week by week from Saturday to Saturday.

På dette rolige overnattingsstedet kan du nyte utsikten over fjorden fra stua, terrassen eller fra det utendørs villmarksbadet. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Her finner du det meste, blant annet svømmebasseng. Mange muligheter for flotte fjellturer og andre naturopplevelser hele året. Svandalen skisenter er 15 min. unna med bil. Hytta leies ut til gjester som har respekt for at de bor i vår private hytte og leies IKKE ut til fester og private arrangement.

Alone In The Woods With Your Own River Nearby

The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Hardangerfjorden, Varaldsøy -Hytte m/båt, 8 pers.

Flott hytte på Varaldsøy med utsikt over Hardangerfjorden og Folgefonna breen. Hytten har badstu, og en stor og solrik terrasse. Registrert fiskeribedrift for turistfiske. Mulighet for å leie båt til fiske, ca 300 meter til båtplass. En av to identiske hytter som er til leie. Det er flotte badestrender på øyen, og mange fine fjellturer en kan gå. Hytten har tre soverom, to med dobbeltseng, og ett med en familiekøye og en køyeseng. Sengetøy og håndkle kan leies om ønskelig. Kan kjøre til døren.

You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Velkommen til dette unike stedet ved Hardangerfjorden med stor terrasse og nydelig panoramautsikt. Her bor du fredelig til med egen badeplass rett nedenfor, om du liker å hoppe rett ut i fjorden. Du kan også prøve fiskelykken og grille det du måtte få. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for et komfortabelt og avslappende opphold – perfekt for et par eller to venner. Gjerne med en firbent venn. Kort avstand i bil til turmål som Folgefonna (7km), Dronningstien(80km) og Trolltunga (56km).

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

Hytte 3 på Vikinghaug. En unik plass for å finne roen. Utsikten fra mini hytten er fantastisk. Dere ser rett ut mot vannet, fjellene og foss. Dette er et fredfullt område som gir ro i sjelen. Hytten er håndlaget og det er blitt brukt mye tømmer. Noe er også gjenbruk. På eiendommen er det også vedfyrt sauna og badestamp. For å benytte deg av denne fasiliteten kan du kontakte verten eller gå til resepsjonen for å booke. Dette koster ekstra.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
