The property is located 3 miles from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood with access to the property separate from the main house. Parking is available at the property. The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
