Close proximity of the apartment are restaurants such as KFC, Subway, Mcdonalds, Hardees, and the famous (Wadi Al Neel Restaurant). This with many other restaurants within less than 10 mins drive/walk. Two big market close by (Lulu & Carrefour) along with many scattered small convenience stores. Walking distance to the beach!

Fully renovated holiday apartment on the ground floor of the building that is right next to the beach club (under renovation atm), golf course, amazing green walking area surrounded by canal waters, restaurants, bars and a yacht club. There are several pools in the area and a public beach within a walking distance. Convenient stores and coffee shops are there too. The building itself located in the family friendly gated community with 24 hours security and free parking.
