Private Getaway in the Heart of the Historic Town of Clovis

This 400 square foot tiny house was created for comfort and convenience. It is a studio layout with a shared space for living and sleeping but still offers a full kitchen, bathroom (with tub), washer, dryer and dedicated off street parking. A light filled space with vaulted ceilings, it is ideal for both short term and longer term stays. It offers modern, designer decor including white subway tile and open shelving in the full kitchen, high thread count sheets and white duvet on a comfortable mattress and some colorful spanish tile in the bathroom. It feels like a quiet, private retreat, but yet, it's close enough to Old Town Clovis to walk to everything. Come and enjoy! You have complete access to this home. You check in and out independently with this house. But, if anything is needed myself or my co-hosts are available to assist. The house is located in the charming, historic downtown district known as Old Town Clovis. You can easily stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and festivals. Running and walking trails are also nearby. Big box stores and supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, and the airport can be reached in 15 minutes. There is easy access to Highway 168 which connects you to attractions such as Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. This home has one dedicated off street parking spot on the side of the property. Taxis are available and there is a bus stop within a 20 minute walk. But, people typically drive when visiting the area. There is WiFi and a smart TV. You can watch personal subscriptions (Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc). But there is no cable TV. This is an alley facing home where your "view" will be garages and fences. While there are parks and trails within easy walking distance, there is no yard or outdoor space with this house (with the exception of the small front patio). There is a main house facing the street that is separated by privacy fencing. You access your home via the rear alley behind the main house and have one dedicated parking spot. If you have more than one vehicle you will need to park those additional vehicles on the street.

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. Welcome to our minimalist, rustic, farm style tiny house 30 minutes (17.6 miles) from the South entrance of Yosemite! Our tiny house is parked next to our small home where my husband and I live in our beautiful town, Oakhurst, with our three rescue llamas. When you stay with us, you'll have the whole tiny house to yourself which features a "real" bathroom (hot shower, flushing toilet, and sink) as well as a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed all surrounded by shiplap walls!

Set on the site of an old town from the 1880's, now a working dairy farm, the "Telegraph Office" is a beautiful and comfortable escape to the charm and serenity of the country. The farm offers a unique opportunity to see where the best milk and dairy products are made. The farm enjoys some of the best sunshine in California, best night sky, mountain views, sunrises and sunsets. Relax, commune with the animals, birdwatch, hike, sit by a campfire, or whatever suits you.

A Short Suite Retreat

Cozy tiny home, just 3 miles North of Oakhurst on Highway 49. A 30 minute drive to the South Gate (Hwy 41 )of Yosemite. Easy access to North entrance from the home as well. We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake.
