Big Brown Barn

Our barn is an amazing space. Built in the early 1910's and completely renovated with all the modern conveniences we love. Central a/c and heat, ceiling fans, flat screen tv's, wi fi, fully equipped kitchen. But the best part is all our antiques, collectibles and historic items on the walls. it is an incredible place that will be a treat for you to stay in. Due to the age and delicate nature of those items we have decided to only offer this space to adults (18), sorry no children or pets.

Manzanita Room in our Barn!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Stay in our Manzanita Room within our converted barn. Features one queen bed perfect for 1 or 2 people. Has mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee supplies included. Outdoor dining table perfect to lounge at. Beautiful country views. Come stay in a real barn and experience rustic organic farm life with a cozy touch! Our 60 acre organic fruit farm is a wonderful place to relax, play tennis, pickleball or basketball. Your own fully equipped bathhouse is out the door, down 2 stairs and across the sidewalk about 25 steps. The studio-size barn has a cold water kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, hot water carafe and basic supplies. Pets are always welcome.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
