This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable king size bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

The Pod

The Pod is a unique space, a few minutes walk from Colwell Bay, and the popular HUT restaurant!It is a wooden structure, full of character nestled within our garden which has a ‘fort wall’ around it, dating back to 1863. The Pod is self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, living area and mezzanine bedroom,which is at the top of a uniquely hand crafted paddle staircase (not suitable for children or anyone with mobility concerns) Also available to use is our garden and outdoor seating.…
