Laze for days in front of the massive fireplace, or venture out and explore. A stunning house filled with bright, natural light. River frontage and valley and mountain views. Two sitting rooms, both with DSTV so you can have sport and cooking on at the same time! Only 6 minutes drive from The Clarens Square and 26 restaurants, yet you can unwind completely in the peacefulness of the wind and sunshine. Lovely walks. Electric blankets and wood burning fires , fully equipped kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms including one with 4 bunk beds. It's huge but homely.

Waterfall River Lodge

This is a unique, comfortable, fully kitted, self-catering house sleeping 8/10 people. Hidden in a quiet corner of our working farm it overlooks a pristine section of the Wilge River, with the famous waterfall and Nelson's Kop mountain providing spectacular scenery. Guests will be able to enjoy absolute peace, uninterrupted views and walks in almost every direction. Please note that the property is remote and the last 200m of the access road will require a high clearance vehicle.

The trees here have grown to be among the oldest and tallest in the city. The Aloe house is a completely solar powered house which will not be affected by the load shedding whatsoever. You have a spectacular view of the Malungane mountain from every room of the house with its ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. their is a large fire place in the main living room to make fires during those crisp winter nights. in winter the cows calve right outside the house which can be a great insight into the farm life. sunsets over the entire Drakensberg range.
