King bed, 1 twin upstairs, 2 folding cots, comfy couch for sleep. Bathroom downstairs. WIFI; FireTV, HDMI cord; TVs w/DVD.

You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Come to The Lake House Loft for a relaxing visit!

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

The Hideaway Cabin

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Captain’s Quarters at Water’s Edge

A sweet spot right on the lake/river in the heart of the far north Ny! Great space for a couple or single, whether for a long term stay or a short vacation! A good fit for elderly guests with the handicap whirlpool and 4’ shower. The main bedroom is on the first floor! There are also two private bedrooms upstairs. Amenities include WiFi, Ethernet, 58” Tv, full stainless kitchen with double oven, ice maker, and dishwasher! Swedish massage chair, kayaks, and more!

We are located in the heart of St.Lawrence County, NY. Minutes away from the beautiful St.Lawrence River and Thousand Islands. 35 minutes from Boldt and Singer Castles. Great fishing and hunting year round, 300 personal acres plus another 2500 acres of State Land for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, hunting, observation of wildlife or just relaxing. Neighbors to the Amish Community and our Canadien friends.

There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
