Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Er is een tuinslaapkamer en een voorkamer, beide met tweepersoons bedden, en een tussenkamertje waar ook geslapen kan worden. Onze gezellige centraal gelegen studio van 25 m2 met airconditioning is gezellig en functioneel ingericht. De ligging is zeer rustig. Op loopafstand het Noorderplantsoen, de Vismarkt en de Grote markt op 1 km en het Stadspark op 1,5 km. U kunt gebruik maken van het terras. De studio heeft een eigen ingang, zelf inchecken d.m.v. sleutelkluisje. 2- persoons bed (auping) van 1.80 x 2.00 mtr. Keuken met koelkast, magnetron, inductiekookplaat, waterkoker en Nespresso apparaat.

You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
