Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. LA CASITA:Charming Mallorquin house in Valldemossa

Encantadora casa de piedra en el corazón de Valldemossa, en plena Sierra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad, UNESCO). Completamente renovada, conservando su carácter mallorquín y perfectamente equipada con vistas a la montaña y aire acondicionado. Se ubica en el casco antiguo de Valldemossa, en una calle muy silenciosa, con pequeñas callejuelas acogedoras decoradas con macetas. El aparcamiento se encuentra a 5 minutos andando, al igual que el trasporte publico.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

La ubicación en el corazón del casco antiguo la hacen muy especial. Se trata de una céntrica casa de pueblo con mucho encanto, situada en una calle peatonal de unos pocos metros, donde se encuentra la Iglesia de la Sangre y la Posada de Montcaire (Dos de los puntos túrísticos a visitar en Soller). Distribuída en tres plantas y a diferentes niveles, a apenas metros de la Plaza Central del pueblo, que posee una intensa actividad social todo el año.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
