Welcome to our comfortable 5-bedroom home in Forbes, perfectly located just minutes walk from the CBD. This home is currently in the midst of a little TLC (painting)but it’s clean, spacious, and a great affordable base for families, workers, or travellers passing through. While we continue improving the property, we’ve made sure it remains clean, welcoming, and functional for guests. Outside, the property features a large, backyard .Pets are welcome, however we ask that they remain outside only.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This one of a kind accommodation provides stunning sunsets, delightful bushwalks, animal antics, while still maintaining complete comfort. There is heating/cooling throughout, a full kitchen, bathroom including washer/dryer, television and a supply of reading material. Relax in the spa, toast marshmallows at the firepit, or stargaze through the telescope. Enjoy a farm tour (on request) to learn about beef cattle and regenerative farming.

A classic home in one of the best locations in Parkes. Situated 11 minutes walk to Cooke Park and the start of CBD, Clarinda street. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms as located at the front of the which both have queen size beds, the 3rd bedroom is located st the back of the house with double dunks (1 single bed & 1 double bed). Separate dinning & lounge rooms, kitchen and main bathroom and extra toilet outside. Air conditioning in each bedroom, and also in the main living area.

All bedrooms and the loungeroom are fitted with reverse-cycle air conditioning, with ceiling fans in the master and second bedrooms for year-round comfort. Electric wood fires in both the dining and lounge rooms.

Wonga - A secluded oasis in the heart of Parkes

Wonga has been our beautiful home for the past 7 years and while we are off on an adventure we are offering it for others to enjoy. Built in 1860, it was one of the original homes in the area. Established gardens surround the house. Covering nearly 6000m2, there is plenty of space to walk around with a glass of champagne in hand and enjoy the garden no matter what time of year. The pool area is a delight and will provide many hours of entertainment from November through April.

It’s hard to believe this piece of paradise on 12 Acres is so close to Parkes’s CBD with only a 2-minute drive to the supermarket, hotels and BottleO.
