The Camp Cabin is one of our smaller retreats situated in a small knoll in a bend of the creek. Reminiscent of a fishing camp, with nicer furnishings of course, you will feel right at home with its full kitchen, bath and single bedroom. There's an 8 x 14 covered front porch and an open 12 x 14 back porch leading down to the creek. It is 400 sq. ft. of living area with a futon in living rm. Designed for up to 4 people this quaint cabin should aspire to couples and our budget minded guests.

Lulu’s Louisiane Swamp Camp

Swamp Camp offers a unique peaceful retreat to nature enthusiasts in the heart of Louisiana swamp country. We are at the dead end of a quiet one mile road called “Happywoods.” Our camp, up on piers, is situated in the wetlands along the Tickfaw River and adjoining Tickfaw State Park. We look out onto a wilderness sanctuary with turtles, alligator, beaver, and otter along with a variety of water birds among the characters. The camp is built centered on a 300 plus year old cypress tree.

The Little Lodge at the Tea Farm

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located amid long-standing pines and across the road from Louisiana's only tea farm. This cabin features a loft with bunk-beds and a twin bed. Downstairs there is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. Fish in the stocked pond or go ziplining across the pond! Canoes are also on site to paddle around on the pond. This secluded 3-bedroom cabin has everything you need for your perfect Louisiana-getaway. No traffic, noise or people. Located on 220 acres adjacent to the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, the property includes freshwater lakes, a beach, and multiple trails for a beautiful morning or evening walk. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.
