This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates. The cottage sits by a tidal creek that flows in and out of the Folly River with marsh views, lots of bird watching opportunities, and the most amazing sunsets around.
