1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Welcome the SWEETGRASS room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables.Please click our bio photo to view all rooms, rates & reviews. Enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV and a Fireplace in cooler months. Complimentary snacks, pastries and beverages. SWEETGRASS is located on the ground floor with access off the main piazza. Parking is available at reasonable rates in multiple lots within 2 blocks of the inn.

Room 22- The Torpedo. This 2nd floor guest room has a private entry, a King-sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, free WIFI, & smart TV for up to 2 guests. The bathroom is outfitted with a tub & shower. Swim in the largest pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is only 1 block away. Great romantic escape! Must be 21 years+. Please note this unit comes with 1 on-site parking pass only. Community grill. Pet friendly and just a short walk to the ocean, restaurants, bars, and shops, many guests park once and explore Folly entirely on foot.

Welcome the MAGNOLIA room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables. You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, a Fireplace in cooler months, mini fridge, and complimentary snacks, pastries and beverages. MAGNOLIA is located on the first floor with access off the main piazza. PARKING: there are multiple convenient parking lots 1-2 blocks away, ranging from $20-$30 per night.
